J. Lloyd Breedlove, Senior Management Consultant
J. Lloyd Breedlove serves in a senior management consulting role for Anpath Group and EnviroSystems and has been a member of the Board of Directors for both companies since January 2006.
From June 2003 to January 2006, he was President and CEO of Imalux Corporation, a medical imaging system manufacturer. Prior thereto, from December 2000 to May 2003 he was the President and CEO of KIVALO a healthcare technology company with emphasis on disease management. From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Breedlove served as the Executive Vice President and Group President at STERIS Corporation, a developer and manufacturer of infection and contamination control products. From 1989 to 1991, he was the President and CEO of CRI, a vascular surgery product developer. Previously, he was the Director of Sales and held other sales and management positions at Mallinckrodt, Inc. a diverse company focusing on supplying products to the healthcare industry.
Mr. Breedlove has a wide range of experience working with companies in various stages of development from start-ups to enterprises with global operations. During Mr. Breedlove’s tenure at STERIS, annual sales increased from $13 million to greater than $820 million. He has served on numerous advisory and corporate boards, with an emphasis on establishing healthcare businesses. He received an MBA from Western Carolina University. Serving in Viet Nam, he was awarded the Bronze Star, Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster, Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, Air Medal and Purple Heart.
Steve Hoelscher, Chief Financial Officer
Steve Hoelscher is Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of both Anpath Group, Inc and EnviroSystems Inc. He received those appointments on January 10, 2006. Mr. Hoelscher is a Certified Public Accountant with 24 years of accounting and auditing experience. He was CFO of Mastodon Ventures, Inc., a financial consulting business in Austin, Texas, from 2000 to the present. In May 2004, Mr. Hoelscher became Chief Financial Officer of EnXnet, Inc, a Tulsa, Oklahoma based, publicly traded technology company. Beginning January 2001 he provided accounting consulting services to EnXnet. Mr. Hoelscher will continue to provide limited consultation to Mastodon and consult with EnXnet, as he focuses primarily on his duties to Anpath and EnviroSystems. Mr. Hoelscher was the Controller for Aperian, Inc. an Austin, Texas based, publicly traded company from 1997 to 2000. Prior to joining Aperian, he was the controller for Protos Software Company in Georgetown, Texas from 1996 to 1997. He was Audit Manager with Brown, Graham and Company, P.C. from 1989 to 1996. Mr. Hoelscher received a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University (formerly West Texas State University) in Canyon, Texas in 1981.
Paul S. Malchesky, D. Eng., Chief Science Officer
Paul S. Malchesky, D. Eng. is the Chief Science Officer for EnviroSystems, Inc. Dr. Malchesky is a former Vice President of Operations and Discovery and Development for NanoScale Materials, Inc. in Manhattan, KS. Previously, he served as Vice President of Investigational Research at STERIS Corporation, in Mentor, OH, and Staff Member at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Artificial Organs in Cleveland, OH. As an academician, Dr. Malchesky is Associate Professor of Surgery, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, and Adjunct Staff in Biomedical Engineering, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and Adjunct Professor in Chemical Engineering at Kansas State University. He is also President of the International Center for Artificial Organs and Transplantation (ICAOT). Dr. Malchesky is also the Editor-in-Chief of Artificial Organs and Managing Editor of Therapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis. He holds a Doctorate in Engineering from Cleveland State University, M.S. degrees in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University and in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University and a B.S. Degree in Chemistry from St. Francis College (PA).

Philip Mandelbaum, Chairman Board of Directors
Philip Mandelbaum is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since September, 1998, Mr. Mandelbaum has served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of The Remus Group, a consortium of privately held investment companies. Mr. Mandelbaum is a graduate of the Rutgers Graduate School of Business Administration with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Professional Accounting Program. Mr. Mandelbaum is Certified Public Accountant and has practiced in the public accounting arena for over 30 years.
Ira N. Kalfus, M.D.
Dr. Kalfus was formerly VP of Medical Affairs at Lev Pharmaceuticals, where he led the clinical development for Cinryze, which was approved by FDA in 2008. Upon the acquisition of Lev by ViroPharma Inc. in 2008, he has advised ViroPharma on product launch, expansion and investor relations. He is also a principal at M2G Consulting and is particularly interested in early to late stage pharmaceutical and biotech opportunities. Clients include hedge funds, advisory firms and industry. He is Chief Medical Officer of Thar Pharmaceuticals, a Pittsburgh based pharmaceutical start-up. His other positions have included Hillside Medical Associates (practicing internist for approximately 15 years)Aetna/US Healthcare (Medical Director), and Long Island Jewish Medical Center (President of the Staff Society and Chairman of Performance Improvement). Dr. Kalfus completed residency in Internal Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine (M.D.) and Columbia University (B.A. in Biology).
Steven G. Singer
Since November, 2000, Steven Singer has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive of American Banknote Corporation, a global leader in security documents (including passports, national ID cards, credit cards and checks) since 1795. Mr. Singer is a graduate summa cum laude of the University of Pennsylvania and the Harvard Law School. During the past 10 years, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of Globix Corporation, Motient Corporation, ABnote Limitada do Brasil, Pure 1 Systems, and Leigh Mardon PTY, and as Members of the Board of TV Max Holdings LLC, Galaxy Cable LLC, Neon Corporation, Technicon Instruments Corp.
Carl M. Sutera
From the mid 70's thru the late 80's Carl Sutera was President and CEO of Lewis Chemical Corp. a hazardous waste recycling facility located in Boston, MA. Mr. Sutera developed several proprietary processing methods to extract chemical solvents from various waste streams yielding re-usable solvents and innocuous land fill materials. Since 1988 Mr. Sutera has been President and CEO of Pure1 Systems, a Point-of-Use water filter manufacturer, he holds several US patents on filtering and dispensing equipment for that industry. Since 2006 Mr. Sutera has been a technical consultant to ABnote, a global leader in the security documents industry. Mr. Sutera is a graduate of Wentworth Institute's ASE School of Aerospace Engineering and Northeastern University's College of Engineering and holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from that institution.
